Decades of aggressive fire suppression have altered the natural balance of our forests. Historically, low-intensity ground fires reduced excess vegetation, cleared debris, and limited the growth of small understory trees. Without these periodic burns, fuels have accumulated, allowing fire to climb from the forest floor into the canopies of mature trees through ladder fuels—resulting in more severe and destructive wildfires.We evaluate ladder fuel density and overall hazardous fuel loading on your property, then develop a targeted mitigation plan to reduce these fuels and improve long-term forest health and resilience.

We develop strategic protection zones around your property using appropriate vegetation management, required clearances, and tailored maintenance schedules. A well-established defensible space remains your most effective first line of defense against wildfire.
